Yogesh discovered his practice at the age of 11, when his parents sent him to a Yoga camp for a week in New Delhi. Due to 2.5cm short leg he always had physical challenges. What the modern science could not give him he found in his regular Yoga practice "a right treatment to deal with daily basis problems". After practicing with some traditional Indian Yoga teachers in India he got a deeper understanding about his asana practice and different patterns of teaching. Born and living in Hindu family gave him a sound understanding about Yoga philosophy. Yogesh has also served one year in an Ashram where he was learning and teaching and since that he has been teaching till today. In 2009 he found Ashtanga Yoga, and after yearly visit to Mysore to KPJAYI he got level 2 authorised in Jan 2017. In 2015 he finished his studies in Germany as a Physical Therapist and since then he has been living, teaching and treating there. His speciality is not only to understand Yoga as only Asanas practice but also the other parts of it. His individual teaching and understanding the physical/anatomical barriers of a practitioner makes him one of a kind.
